Attach to an Info Item
Make a new Info item to accept the Attachment or find an existing Info item.
Click on Select a Shared item.
A list of all Shared items will appear. Choose the one you want to attach to this Info item and click on Attachment. You can attach more than one Shared item. Click Done when finished.
You can delete 
the Shared item or leave it there to attach to something else later. If the Shared item is an image, it can also be use as a Quick ID 
.
The Shared item will be attached to the Info item.
